Gaiam.ca ships to addresses in Canada only. Purolator is our primary shipper but Gaiam.ca may use alternate ground shipping methods for oversized items. All Purolator deliveries require signatures.

Shipping and handling charges for your online order will be calculated on the total weight of your order and the province or territory that it will ship to.

We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you make with us. If you are in any way dissatisfied with a product you ordered or received we'll take it back.
To return your product:
First, you’ll need to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. This number will be unique to your return. To request an RA number please call or email our Customer Service team at email@example.com or call 1-800-387-0184ext. 7623 (Weekdays 9AM - 5PM Eastern Standard Time). Make sure to reference your order number and items/quantities to be returned.
When you receive your RA number:
Package your return. Make sure the items you are returning are adequately packaged for shipping. Address your package to the following address:

Take the package to a shipper of your choice. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Be sure to ask for a tracking number for your return. We recommend that you don’t place your return in a drop box.
